Who owns the airplane Gov. Pence will be using?

Either the American taxpayer or the Clinton Foundation (i.e., foreign governments). Most likely the first. I'm not sure how she would have finagled that, but I bet somehow it's true.

This is the woman who stiffed a waitress during her Senate campaign. She certainly won't pay for anything.

And that's another reason why it was smart for Mr. Trump to get Mr. Pence his own plane. And I hope they thoroughly vet all of the mechanics who work on their respective planes.
