Democratic Rep. Loretta Sanchez, in an interview aired on Univision 19 Friday, injected race in explaining away President Barack Obamas endorsement of U.S. Senate rival Kamala Harris, whose father is Jamaican.
Sanchez was asked why the president had endorsed Harris in the unusual race between two Democrats this year. Speaking in Spanish, she noted that Obama and Harris are longtime friends, then added: She is African American. He is, too.

When racists collide.
Kinda sucks when race is used against ya huh?
Blacks and Hispanics will not share power together. It won’t work. Your mayoral race in Chicago and the US Senate race in California are gonna get nasty. Blacks have always been the nonwhite power brokers in the Democratic Party, but Hispanics don’t want to play second fiddle to them in the party power structure anymore. Sooner or later Blacks will lose a significant amount of power and influence within the Democratic Party. I don’t think they realize that yet, but the reality will be evident soon.
Just imagine what this country is going to be if, as present trends portend, Anglo whites lose their majority. Open season of all against all. And believe me, Hispanics are not going to have sympathy for black people, they don’t have a “White Guilt Complex”. Even white Hispanics (of whom there are many, especially among the elite) don’t have a white guilt complex. And Asian-Americans sure don’t sympathize with blacks.
Sorry Loretta. You are expendable.
Color beats loyalty to the First Idiot.
You hitched your wagon to him now live with it.
She was a Republican at one time who switched.
Nobody likes a turncoat.
Who would have guessed?!
Yep just like a can of spam you never know what you get.
Is Loretta giving up her seat in Orange County?
Crocodile tears for someone wedded to an anti-American group called The Race. It’s great fun when someone from one alleged race gets screwed by someone from another race.
Both woman came out at the top of the June Senate mixed party primary - no Republican on that race ballot in November.
LOL... I gotta remember that one!
Not only that, when she wanted the Hispanic vote she switched her name to Sanchez.
Yep, she’s getting her just desserts.
We have 2 dems. Im guessing the lesser of 2 EVILS is this sanchez. I was going to just leave it blank, but to spite obunghole I should vote for sanchez.
