Oh, wow! I didn’t even know she had a transmitter! I never saw it. Maybe she is pacing herself. :) Or she’s just a daddy’s girl.
They put transmitters on some of the young birds whey they put the leg bands on them so they can track their migration. Rasa got one but Raivis didn’t.
Look at her upper back and you’ll see a little box with a stubby antenna sticking out of her feathers.
Raivis was back at the nest for a while and I hoped Rasa would follow him when he left again. But she’s alone at the nest now.
