Wikileaks has released nearly 20,000 emails it says are from the accounts of Democratic National Committee officials.
The release could cloud the upcoming Democratic party convention, which kicks off next week in Philadelphia.
It is unclear how Wikileaks obtained the records, but the release comes weeks after a hacker (or hackers) going by the name Guccifer 2.0 began releasing records obtained through the DNC’s computer systems. The hacker claims to be Romanian, but many suspect that the records were taken by a team of Russian hackers.
Guccifer 2.0 has said that they obtained DNC emails. Other documents released by the hacker(s) include internal planning memos and databases of Democratic donors

Remember the democrat bragging and gloating after the 2008 and 2012 elections about how their superior computer knowledge and savvy as compared to the Republicans helped bring them to victory?
I guess you might say that bumbling Hillary’s eMail server fiasco and this hacking of the DNC data base puts that notion to rest.
Lost in the Comey/Hillary debacle is the fact that “Guccifer 1.0” who hacked Hillary’s server and still had ALL of her e-mails was extradited to the US to aid in the Hillary investigation.
Guccifer was found hanging in his cell.... an apparent victim of “suicide.” I guess the FBI didn’t have a “case” without Guccifer, and therefore Hillary gets to go free!

Putin may release most of Hillary’s emails to prove to her he has them. No way he releases the most damaging. If she is elected and he has damaging emails he’ll own the president of the US. She is probably the most blackmailable presidential candidate ever. And Ds don’t care.

Once he’s sure Trump might win, he should release them or most of them.

Bernie narrative
Wondering if there’s a good Bernie narrative for a story, which is that Bernie never ever had his act together, that his campaign was a mess. Specifically, DWS had to call Bernie directly in order to get the campaign to do things because they’d either ignored or forgotten to something critical. She had to call Bernie after the data breach to make his staff to respond to our concerns. Even then they didn’t get back to us, which is why we had to shut off their access in order to get them to finally let us know exactly how they snooped around HFA’s data. Same was true with the standing committee appointments. They never got back to us with their names (HFA and even O’Malley got there’s in six weeks earlier) for the committees. So, again, the chair had to call Bernie personally for his staff to finally get us critical information. So, they gave us an awful list just a few days before we had to make the announcements. It’s not a DNC conspiracy, it’s because they never had their act together.
Because, I don’t really think Putin is insane. He is a nationalist and he is Russian to the core therefore he is instinctively paranoid. That said, I believe he would rather have a world we can all live in than one that is wrecked. Hillary does not promote that outlook.
The FBI tracked a guy to Poland who ran a BitTorrent site. His mistake was buying something on iTunes. Read the many comments. Many point out the resources used by the FBI to catch someone overseas while letting Hillary Clinton go for doing far worse then sharing a movie. In short the FBI knows what Hillary Clinton did and is doing. Treason.
