The wall will be metaphorical. There will be a deal, an offer the Mexican government dare not refuse, that will result in Mexican efforts to curtail the illegal border crossing. Mexico will pay for that effort

Meanwhile, the border patrol will be unleashed to do it’s job

I didn’t watch much of the RNC convention just the highlights the next mornings. I’m just happy it went off without any real threats.
