It is easy for Thiel to say *we* should ignore the culture war. What about him? Why doesn’t he ignore it? He’s the one pushing it! He’s on the front lines of the assault.

Are you aware that Thiel had plans to open an office in North Carolina that was to employ 400 people? People got upset that the mayor and her friend (a convicted sex offender) pushed her ‘men in the bathroom’ agenda. Thiel immediately decided to move that office out of Charlotte to Cuba!

Four hundred jobs were lost and millions of dollars. Next the NBA pulled an all-star game out of the city. More $$ lost. Punishment for not going along with their alleged ‘distractions’.

Of course Thiel would like people to just accept the constant assaults of these rabid liberals.

And Trump invited this evil person to deliver his warped address on the most important night of the convention.

In other times and places, Christianity costs us our lives, not mere $$$. I guess I’m thankful that we get to live in such a wicked world and still have faith enough to not indulge in all the earthly pleasures and temptations that are not only offered to us, but are shoved in our faces.

I didn’t know that. I heard he’s a Bilderberger too. I think it’s great when gays buck the line that they are supposed to be Democrats and vote Republican anyway. However, he used his speech to advocate for the bathroom law and told us to move past the culture wars. He’s one of those moderates who wishes the conservative wing of the party would take a hike. The Republican Party supports traditional marriage and is pro-life. We welcome people who disagree, but the basic ideals of the party shouldn’t change. It would be like if a pro-life, pro-traditional marriage Republican got up there at the Dem convention and told them to move past culture wars. Would that happen? If it did, they certainly wouldn’t talk of modifying their positions.
