Lately I have seen a lie circulated by the left, and by people still enamored by Ted Cruz: That Reagan neither endorsed Ford at the Convention, nor went on to endorse him later.
I present to you proof that the latter is simply a lie.
Apparently the 'leading Reagan author and historian' Craig Shirley, is unfamiliar with www.google.com.
So Mark Levin was mistaken or lying?
Mistaken or lying, or an unskilled researcher.
Here’s another. Reagan and Nancy join Ford on the stage at the 1976 Republican Convention.

...f I, a very unskilled researcher could find that, why not people who claim to be skilled?...
Because they know they are lying...lying liars like lying Ted. Sick.
Cruz will NOT be joining Trump on stage.
An ad is not campaigning for, so I suspect the Truth might be somewhere in the middle.
Lying like when he says Cruz is eligible.
“Lately I have seen a lie circulated by the left, and by people still enamored by Ted Cruz:”
It’s funny that Cruzers and dems are spinning the same story.
The are both equally worthless.
Of course he did.
People on the ‘net will believe anything - if it’s what they want to hear.

Great find, Laz. Let’s bury the bass turds under their own lies. When Laura told the media whoredom to do their job, she didn’t mean keep lying and twisting and spinning for the leftist oligarchy wanting America DEAD. But of course the slobbering over Xruz all day shows they still don’t get it. We the People hate them.
It is not just the MSM who use lies and fabrications to fit their desired narrative. Many bloggers and talkshow hosts slant and twist data to fit their desired narrative, too.
I just watched that convention speech. It was clearly an endorsement of voting Republican and not Democratic in 1976.
He did not spend any time talking about Gerald Ford, truly, but it was clearly a wholehearted endorsement of the Republican platform and the need to vote for the Republican candidate.
On my office wall I have a ticket to “Breakfast with the Honorable Bob Dole ... 7:30 AM Saturday, October 2, 1976 ... Donation $7.00 Sponsored by the New Haven Republican Town Committee”. I was 13.
While Bob Dole was the titular headliner, we were all there to see Ronald Reagan. I have his autgraph on the invitation, along with Dole’s, as my Uncle Gabe grabbed my hand as Reagan was sneaking out and ran me past the Secret Service guys.
While I don’t remember the exact verbiage of Governor Reagan’s speech, and Dole’s even less, I do remember it being a blistering attack on the Democrats. I do not remember Ford being singled out, but I do recall Reagan promoting ALL the Republicans, and Republican and conservative values.
No one in the room muttered anything about Ford being ignored, and Connecticut, even then, was as much RINO, white shoe country club Republican as it got.
If Reagan didn’t explicitly say Ford, he sure didn’t mind raising money on the circuit that benefited the Ford campaign, as the down ticket was not addressed at the breakfast.
Thank you sir. Every now and again I'm mildly useful around here. :)
It doesn’t matter man, these people are freakin kooks!
