I had some sort of heat stroke more than 10 years ago, in direct sun working in garden in the late morning/noon time for a few hours. Did the vomiting thing, felt woozy, burning up in oven, wanted to pass out.
Since then I cannot tolerate heat or direct sun in the summer at all. Be careful.....
Internet said you are sensitive afterwards for like a week...but given your experience I will have to be careful
