I wonder what portion of the Texas delegation is at this meeting and if there is a self selected bias toward Cruz supporters in attendance?
There is some degree of bias. Remember, Ted Cruz is from Texas and won, so he had more delegates there than Trump. Remember how Ted took great care to pick loyalists for delegates. These people are probably some of the biggest koolaid drinkers for Ted. Not all, of course, as there were plenty of delegates calling him out.
