Gingrich ad-libbed the above screenshot because crooze didn’t endorse Trump; crooze changed up his speech last-minute.
All that was missing from Cruz’s performance, was his ending his speech, by jumping from the stage into the Crowd while screaming, “So be it to tyrants”.

I agree Trump let him hang himself, but it’s a shame it had to be on the same night as the VP speech. Poor Mike Pence got lost in the media coverage. Cruz was the number one thing trending on Twitter.

Rafael was involved with the events that led to JFK’s assassination. He and the entire cadre of involved Cubans evaded interrogation from Jim Garrison and the Warren Commission by fleeing the USA. There are strong reasons for Rafael not attempting to gain US citizenship for his first 45 years.
Ted’s appointment in the WH by GWB brush-stroked the way for Rafael’s citizenship. Both Cruz’s are indebted to ‘41 & ‘43. The N.E. still-shots from the film of Rafael ‘leafletting for CPCC’ w Oswald in N.O. surfaced back when Ted ran for the Texas senatorial seat.

There is some degree of bias. Remember, Ted Cruz is from Texas and won, so he had more delegates there than Trump. Remember how Ted took great care to pick loyalists for delegates. These people are probably some of the biggest koolaid drinkers for Ted. Not all, of course, as there were plenty of delegates calling him out.
