Is it me or does it sound like he’s been nipping the bottle just a bit? course it may just be that he’s not used to the telepromters, but I sure hear a bit of a slur in his speech.

I think he is doing just fine or a man WELL into his 80s!!
He’s 84 yrs old and looks about 20 yrs younger. Don’t think he’s using to speaking before a crowd of that size.

Sounds like an Arizona dialect. SHERIFF JOE did a good job talking in front of all those people.
