Yours will be the first post I read as soon as I get back to my computer. Currently I am knee deep in savory cabbage which my husband has freshly cut from his organic garden, along with some fresh parsley and dill. I just discovered I can make my pilaf to include any vegetable, and am trying out this new Greek recipe.
