As someone who supported Cruz in the primaries, this is extremely diappointing.
As did I, but I came to my senses before Florida, now I think Ted might have done what Trump couldn’t do, and that is he has united the Republican party for Trump, I hope so anyway as Hillary would finish the destruction

I think this proves that Cruz went off script. Whatever speech he had submitted to the Trump campaign for vetting didn't match what he actually said.

I won’t even listen to Levin any more. I am having a book burning ceremony in my backyard - every book he wrote that I bought. We need a NEW party headed by Trump.

Remember too that Cruz considered himself so important that he exempted himself from supporting his Baptist Church in Houston. Actually said he had other priorities
