The one thing I’ve grown so tired and weary of this past year of Presidential politics is people telling us who is and is not conservative.

Face it, the concept is evolving.

We’ve lost major portions of the culture war that will never, ever be rolled back. If you want to keep fighting against the invention of fire and the wheel, fine, keep screaming that fire and the wheel are evil.

Meanwhile Nero is almost point for point in lockstep with nationalist/populist conservatism that Trump has brought to the forefront.

He walked away from his own country to come here and tell us to not repeat what’s killing if hasn’t killed Britain.

Face it, the definition of conservative has changed this year.

Change with it.

Then, IMO, there’s no difference vs. the Left; the masters at perverting the dictionary.

Either words have meaning, or they are useless. One cannot state ‘conservative’ does/n’t mean XYZ and rail against the ‘living-breathing Constitution’ too.

By *FAR*, I’m NO cheerleader re: the term ‘conservative’. But, if one is going to stand behind the moniker...
