So Melania Trump said some of the same things and used the same/similar wording as Moochelle Obama...It’s not like Moochelle made some great discovery or had some novel insight into the human condition and Melania tried to claim it for her own...
Melania simply repeated her own life experience as did Moochelle...I happen to believe Melania Trump a damn sight before I’d ever believe Moochelle had those sentiments and ever shared such solid values with her offspring...
Actually, it’s the Left who should be getting over IT (as if there’s something to get over in the first place)...
By the Left’s “reasoning”, once a topic is discussed or a turn of phrase used, it becomes the exclusive property of the user and cannot be repeated or it’s plagiarism...By that logic, all are plagiarists...

I would like for you to answer this question to yourself
If you were Trump, and your beautiful wife had just been humiliated in front of the whole world would you:
Ignore it and say “Oh it was just a coincidence that my speech writer came up with the exact same phrase as Michelle’s speech”
OR
Would you move heaven and earth to get down to what happened with that speech to find out if you have a trojan horse trying to sell out your family and destroy you.

This is not plagiarism but repeatable cliches and truisms spoken by many over much time.
Perhaps Melania had help with her speech from a sloppy lazy speechwriter.
I doubt she would research and then copy anything in another person's speech. Melania is way to intelligent.
Only a dishonest press determined to destroy the Trumps would cheap-shot like this.

The phases are far to generic and common to be plagiary. They can be found with similar words in hundreds of speeches. The purpose of these stories is distraction. This will change not change a thing in the election. These stories intended purpose is to get people to waste time talking about things that don’t matter.
