By most accounts, Melania Trump’s speech top the GOP Convention was a success – until charges flew that she had plagiarized a speech given by Michelle Obama to the 2008 Democratic National Convention. First noted on Twitter by Jarrett Hill, a small portion of Melania’s speech bore a strong resemblance to Michelle’s. Here is a side-by-side comparison:

They couldn’t do it on her attire, or her figure, or any other aesthetic element, (although I’m surprised they didn’t pounce on her accent with something like ‘why couldn’t Trump find an American woman to marry) so they had to come up with something. When the #WWOTL’s supporters drag out common historical failed liberal/progressive/modernist themes at the DemonRat convention, all will be hailed as courageously carrying the torch forward, as continuing the ‘good’ fight.

Really is that all they’ve got? I guess hill-liar just won the election! Just have Jeh and Ice arrest and deport Melania back to Slovenia for such egregious misconduct S/ But wow what a beautiful woman she is and she will be an awesome First Lady unlike that hate spewing current one.

The part of her speech that came much closer to plagiarism went something like “Trump will never give you up... never gonna let you down”.
Similar to some song I vaguely remember.
But the media had to invent a ‘better’ meme that would impress idiots.
I don’t believe the majority of viewers listened closely to Milania’s words. They were captivated by her beauty, poise, and feminine demeanor as well as her love for America, her husband and family..
Expect pretty much the same thing (soft attacks) on anyone speaking for Trump that is not male.

It was a great speech. This shows extreme desperation on the left to claim this is plagiarism. I guess if you call the sky blue and someone else calls the sky blue, it’s plagiarism — if you are a conservative.
As opposed to someone in her 40’s is FINALLY proud of America for the first time after all that time? As jojo biden would say, one word ‘ungrateful snots’. They should be kissing the ground every morning that they were born in this country. But, no. The U.S. sucks. Right?

I seriously doubt that anyone from the Trump camp have ever paid a moments notice to anything that moochie ever uttered. What I heard were common themes and the only difference is that with Melania the sentiment was sincere.

Milanea made a cookie cutter First Lady speech. I haven’t done this but I’m willing to bet that if you compare Moochelle’s speech to Laura Bush or Barbara Bush or Nancy Reagan you’ll hear similar themes similarly uttered.
