Didn't Alaska reapportion when Rubio dropped out? So I suppose they reapportioned again when Cruz suspended?

I noticed at the time that the secretary ignored Alaska's vote and awarded all the votes to Trump. Is Alaska another state with the rule that applied to Utah?
