Can somebody explain Utah? I didn't get that switch. I think Utah was another of those caucus states.

Utah rules dictate that all its delegate votes must go to an official nominee. Cruz wasn’t nominated, but the Utah delegation broke the rules anyway.

Forget the caucuses. They don’t represent everyone.
