I’m confused about UT. I thought I heard the delegation say they were giving all their votes to Cruz, but whoever is announcing the totals said they all went to Trump.

The delegation looked bewildered, lost and confused! I had to play it back to see and hear what I thought I saw and heard.

All Utah votes were bound for Trump; they had to be awarded to Trump.
