As others have noted, most of these speeches are probably written by professional speech writers. They speak with their “client”, get to know what the client wants to talk about, brings up stuff the client might miss that relates to the campaign, etc. So it is the client’s thoughts and ideas, but professionally written.
I would imagine that these speech writers will be watching all of these major events - with Moochelle’s writer listening to Mrs. Trump and thinking “Hey - that sounds familiar”.
Or - the wonks probably have a fancy version of “Google” than can take a transcript and run it against other speeches for just this type of thing.
Unfortunate that a good speech gets taken over by this stupid crap.
