Eric O’Keefe, the leader of the largest group seeking to unbind delegates from Mr. Trump, brought to the convention 1,200 lime green hats for anti-Trump delegates to wear on the convention floor.
But when delegates arrived at Quicken Loans Arena, they found delegate whips working for Mr. Trump and the Republican National Committee already wearing hats the exact same color, foiling their plan.
