Donald Trump may be winning converts from an unlikely source Democrats a new unpublished poll shows.
What's more, according to the poll, Trump is tied with Hillary and in fact, the Republican candidate is within striking distance in several historically Democratic states.
Sources I interviewed said the poll was conducted by the Harper Polling Firm for the U.S. Senate campaign of GOP State Rep. Dan Carter.
The as-yet published poll shows Trump tied with Clinton each with 43 percent in heavily Democratic Connecticut.

After Romney’s predicted historic victory I remain guarded on these polls.
Just vote ... as many times as you can.
its gonna be HUGE!
But don’t worry; the media will find a way to spin Trump’s victory into “not really victory;” for example, if he wins a plurality in the popular vote rather than a majority, it will be “a majority of America voted against Trump” as they did about the GOP primary, and yea even as the Bush/Dole GOPe did re Ross Perot and Bill Clinton.
If Trump wins by a single state in the EC, it will be “he stole that state,” even if its by a margin far bigger than FL in 2000, like liberals tried to spin in 2004 and Ohio (even tho Bush won by 1/4 million votes).
If Trump wins a majority in the popular vote and a decisive electoral college victory, it will be “America is a racist country” even tho it elected Obama twice. No European countries have had racial (rather than ethnic) minorities as leaders, and in the US, people are fine with how black most pro sports teams are; we don’t need NGOs to “Fight Racism in Football” like the Europeans do, nor did America colonize a whole continent.
You’ll also have liberal anti-Semites claiming that the Israel lobby elected Trump to keep anti-Israel Muslims out of the electorate (which in reality, is a very good thing).
Campaign promise.
Don’t trust that SOB!
but Trump is owning Romney with Evangelicals; and Trump will probably match him with Hispanics, or exceed. Also, while the media likes Hillary, they don’t love him like Barry Hussein, in part because she is white, and on race, the media is super liberal.
I think many are just growing increasingly disgusted seeing Obama and Hillary kowtow to thugs. Unfortunately, and I say this with two police officers as uncles, I think the violence will continue through November and beyond. In kind, Obama and Hillary will continue to let BLM bend them over the kitchen table repeatedly.
Predicted by Karl Rove and Dick Morris. But only fools listen to them.
Well, that was because of Paul Nehlen...
this will be like Rudy in NYC in 1993. The people tire real quickly of the mayhem created by a lack of leadership and will shift towards the law and order candidate.
Nossir. I humbly submit you are missing the appeal.
Trump cuts across party lines because he is a populist and a nationalist. Right now, with the Globalists and Elitists running roughshod over the common man, a populist appeal cuts across party lines. And with nations and borders under attack like never before, a nationalist is just what we need.
Trump will disappoint conservatives in many areas. But the important ones -- our national identity, and individual liberties -- he will not disappoint.
I'm sure both are familiar with bending people over the table...
Hillary causes many many many democrats to barf.
Ryan's ain't converted to $hit. He's panicking because he's about to get his A$$ handed to him. He's a lying weasel, with apologies to weasels.
Ryan's in it for himself, and no one else.
It's all bulls***. Ryan is a Globalist/Elitist.
I hope you’re right. I remember when you assured us that Ohio and Pennsylvania would never go for the Kenyan.
Every time John Ellis Bush or Willard Romney condemns Trump, a normally anti-Republican voter is recruited.
Well said.
No. He’s trying to win his re-election. From Breitbart:
“Reeling from Falling Polls, Paul Ryan Floods District with Mailers on Border Security After Funding Every Obama Open Borders Initiative”
Dont go ####ing up NC with your vote!!
Crucial advice!!
