I remember stpping out of my apartment in Paris and looking up at the building across the street. There was a plaque on it that said 1634. I remember staring at it and thinking, “That’s the year Maryland was founded.” I’m a Marylander and extensively traveled as well. Countrywise .am a tiny bit behind you in the high twentiesi.
My first wife wanted to visit her 5 brothers and 4 sisters all the time. Went to Minneapolis 6 times. Nice family. Nice place, but never went to east coast or europe or anywhere. Told me she dreamed she would die on water, so no cruises. Two weeks after we separated, my boss saw her in a scuba shopper preparing to go to Nicaraugua to scuba dive.
Dated and married women who like to travel. I highly recommend Iguazu Falls in Brazil/Argentina. You can go in and out of Rio if you want. We cruised Buenos Aires to Valparaiso Chile, good cruise around the cape.
Happy travels!
