[history]
Washington (CNN)Jeb Bush is carrying his crusade against Donald Trump to the doorstep of the Republican convention, saying that he is not the future of the Republican Party even as it prepares to nominate him.
Bush, once seen as the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, remains one of the most prominent anti-Trump holdouts in the GOP. In an op-ed for The Washington Post published Friday, Bush acknowledged that Trump had capitalized on legitimate frustrations with American politics.

WTF is up with the wording on the signs, just to the right of ¿Jeb?'s elbow?
I think that some wag was suggesting via photoshop that the only way they'd trust Jeb would be if he was DEAD, lol
Nice catch! (my contribution was the guacamole bowl jab)

Bush is the furthest thing from libertarian philosophy. Bush is a corporatist, to put it politely. Fascist would be the more old fashioned term.

With all due respect, I really think you should ask the mods to delete that.

Exactly my thought as well. Trump should work some Bush basing into his stump speeches. It worked well for 0bama.

The only utter ecstatic point in this election cycle is that Jeb Bush is finished, in politics, forever.

Zerohedge had a pretty interesting article back in 2015 about how the GOP planned to get Jeb! the nomination. At that time, they thought his ceiling was 20%, not the measly 3% he ended up with. With fifteen candidates, they thought they could get Jeb his 20%, and split the opposition votes among so many candidates that Bush would win by default. They did it on a smaller scale in 2012 with Romney.
It's one of the reasons Florida was winner take all this year. They thought Jeb! would still be in it, and when he took all of Florida he'd be in the driver's seat.
The uniparty wanted Bush vs Clinton cause that way, no matter who won, globalism and open borders continued.

Yes Jenna and Laura took heat... No pun intended...for that.
But I believe it’s the cheer symbol for the University of Texas Longhorns...as in, Hook ‘em Horns.
