All jokes aside, I don’t think Bill can run for vice-president, because he’s been elected president twice? Aren’t the qualifications to be president the same as the qualifications to be vice-president?

Bill cannot run. He cannot serve any more time as POTUS per the Constitution, therefore is ineligible to run for VP.
