What counts even more is the attitude of whoever does raise them. And we might find a single father or mother still as diligent as they can be before the Lord, but whenever it’s so called “gays” it’s virtually always for show and selfish.
I have a tendency to think it’s more an ‘in your face’ than anything else, but that’s heavy laden with bias.
Children need a male and female perspective in their lives, from a parental position.
Ignoring that, is as you say, selfish, thinking more about self than the welfare of the children.
You know, I could do all sorts of immoral things that weren’t necessarily against the law. Would that make me a good parent?
What these people are doing, flies in the face of good standards for children. There’s no getting around that.
Now someone will be sure to pop up here, as someone always does to remind me that the heterosexual family dynamic is sometimes bad for children too. That can happen in straight or homosexual parenting situations. It’s a push.
