Don’t lump all blacks into this category. My boss is black...but I do not care about his skin tone. He is a fine man. There are lots of blacks at our company - they play by the same rules the rest of us do...do good work and get along with each other.
And think of Diamond and Silk and so many others. Color does not matter.

You are right. It’s the same old same old. You get bombarded with pictures of blacks acting only one way.
I dont work in Manhattan anymore so I forget all good guys and gals I knew that were black.
That’s why I pray.
