“Is there such a thing as “good” Brussels sprouts?”

Good call. I’ve never met one.

Considering that until an adult and a guest in a good cook’s home, I never liked Broccoli because I discovered Mom always overcooked it, I’ve occasionally wondered the same thing about b. s, but was still never inspired to take a chance on stinking up the house like Mom used to do.

More for me, and it keeps the price down. :)

DON'T EVER quarter it, saute it in butter & a little water on low to medium till it's about half-cooked (starts turning a brighter green), then put milk or cream on it, and clamp the lid on for 3-5 minutes on low.

And don't salt and fresh ground pepper it, either.

It tastes horribly bad, and you should just allow me to purchase it from the store, and dispose of it for you.
