I live in Connecticut but commute to New York to work.

Connecticut even worse than Massachusetts for business. Nice place to live if you can afford it. I'm surrounded by FOR SALE signs.

Hey Sam, same is true down toward the Wilton area as well. Thing is, they never seem to swap to SOLD signs. Just more and more inventory... and now our town is doing real estate assessments (it’s been about 10 years) so I sure my taxes will be going up next July. They are going to price me right out of my own home! And after they do that, I won’t be able to sell it because it’s cute little starter type ranch and newcomers will have the same issue I’ll be trying to shed!
