MSNBC's Rachel Maddow revealed in a new interview with Rolling Stone that she's been meticulously prepping for a possible Donald Trump presidency.
How?
By studying the first few months of Adolf Hitler's tenure as German chancellor, beginning in 1934.
“What is amazing is the Republican Party that picked him. They had 330 million people to choose from, and they've decided that he is the best one to be the standard-bearer of one of the two major parties of the greatest nation on Earth,” Maddow told the magazine in an interview published Tuesday.
“Like, talk to me, Republican voters! What's the worst-case scenario for America if he wins? It can be pretty bad. You don't have to go back far in history to get to almost apocalyptic scenarios.”
“Is part of you worried we're living through the first few chapters of some dystopian science fiction novel?” interviewer Andy Greene asked.
Maddow responded: “Over the past year I've been reading a lot about what it was like when Hitler first became chancellor. I am gravitating toward moments in history for subliminal reference in terms of cultures that have unexpectedly veered into dark places, because I think that's possibly where we are.”

That’s interesting Ms. Maddow. When I read the news yesterday about Obama’s State Dept. illegally channeling money to an opposition group in Israel aimed at undermining Netanyahu and then trying to cover their footsteps by illegally purging their files, I also thought of the Third Reich under Hitler. Heinrich Himmler, the Reich leader of the SS oversaw the concentration camps which exterminated 6 million Jews and others. Hans Frank, the German Governor-General of Poland warned Himmler in January 1943 that every German General in charge of exterminating the Jews had their names on list of war criminals kept by FDR. In June 1943, Himmler sensing there was a good chance Hitler would lose the war began to eradicate, delete and purge all evidence of Nazi atrocities in USSR. In addition, Himmler began to have Jewish corpses in Poland dug up and cremated as quickly as possible to get rid of the evidence. Then in Aug 1943 at the Quebec Conference, FDR, Churchill and Mackenzie King publically condemned Hitler’s Nazi atrocities and stated they would be held accountable.
The similarity is this: The Obama admin (just like the Nazis under Hitler) are beginning to purge their files, whether it is the State Dept (as here), or Hillary’s 30k deleted e-mails, or information on the IRS hard drives which happened to crash (with no backup) and other mysterious hard disk failures.
Yes Ms. Maddow, history does appear to be repeating. Instead of studying how the Third Reich started, I think you should now bring your attention to how it ended.

The moral philosophy of Hitler's fascism is the same as libtardism: emotionalism, altruism, collectivism, statism, and socialism. The ideal was sacrifice of the individual for the state.
