Hmmmm. Costly, yes but it appears from the batf charts that there’s a few NFA weapons changing hands out there. IF you got the money.

“TEXAS MAN!
Kicking Florida man to the curb every time!”
Dude had “Texas” tattooed in large characters on his hand.
If you ever have to actually use your firearm; immediately shut up, and lawyer-up. You have the right to remain silent...
Being the Chronicle, I’m surprised they didn’t just report that the customer shot the poor perp without reason. To include that the customer feared for his wife’s life is a detail I wouldn’t expect from this rag.
What an idiot. I have seen many Waffle House locations with cop cars in the lot. Kinda like targeting a donut store.
I expect this story to be blasted all over the evening news!.................................................well, I dream a lot.....................
Had one round from an M79 been used on him, one round to Cooper's gut and the trash men, would still be moping up the remains of Cooper's guts.
My kids have a couple of those variants of the AK.
I prefer my AK that I keep in my pocket for conceal carry and my AK that I use in a pool. That AK can shoot water a long distance.
Googling ‘waffle house shooting’ ....
Needs more range time. The perp is still breathing.................
Cooper Pooper Scooper....................
Good one there Tolly, got me grinning
“Fearing for his wife’s safety...” That’s a good excuse for doing the right thing.
Guessing that the taxpayers of Texas are now paying to keep him alive.
Handguns aren't aren't licensed. Gun carriers are licensed (sadly).
Have you tried their pecan waffle?
Don’t give the ambulance chasers any ideas. I’m guessing some have already contacted his family about a lawsuit over the “violation” of his HIPAA rights.
