"Transformative justice". That's some special wordwork she has going there. Transformative into what? No telling, but very likely a stagnated form of legal system affirmative action where there are one set of laws for blacks, and much more draconian laws for all others.

I would disagree that she means dismantling the rule of law - I honestly think she more means that she and her fellow blacks get to be Clintonesque with respect to law enforcement - above it all - while still standing on the throats of the majority in this country.

Now, demilitarizing the police isn't necessarily a bad idea, but is unworkable until you demilitarize certain neighborhoods. The overuse of SWAT and no-knock raids needs to be cut off completely.
