Or maybe outside LEOs transporting a prisoner.

benefits.
Required:
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Applicant may not have any felony
convictions. Must possess a Michigan vehicle operator’s license. Must pass a criminal background check.
Duties:
Under supervision of the Sheriff or his designee and under the general supervision of the Chief Judge or Court
Administrator, provides a safe environment for the Judges, Court personnel, attorneys, and general public. Duties include
the screening of all people entering the St. Joseph Courthouse, Niles Courthouse, and the Berrien County Juvenile
Center. The screening process will consist of the use of metal detectors, x-ray inspection systems, and visual inspections
of packages, brief cases, bags and other such items

Read on another thread that he grabbed a deputy sheriff's gun.

Maybe he thought the deputy was anti-Semitic.
