I kept reading but I had to answer you. My three local delegates have been quoted as saying they will not vote Trump if any way possible...Fl. has the 3 vote rule, must support voter choice for first 3 votes. They do not care!
Which part of FL are these local delegates?
I would report their names to the Trump Team. This is exactly the kind of information Paul Manafort needs to know.
Those three Florida delegates need to be replaced with alternates that will abide by Florida’s rules.
