Violence in Chicago is reaching epidemic proportions. In the first five months of 2016, someone was shot every 2¹/₂ hours and someone murdered every 14 hours, for a total of nearly 1,400 nonfatal shooting victims and 240 fatalities.
Over Memorial Day weekend, 69 people were shot, nearly one per hour, dwarfing the previous year’s tally of 53 shootings over the same period. The violence is spilling over from the city’s gang-infested South and West sides into the downtown business district; even Lake Shore Drive has seen drive-by shootings and robberies.
The growing mayhem is the result of Chicago police officers’ withdrawal from proactive enforcement, making the city a dramatic example of what I have called the “Ferguson effect.”
Since the fatal shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., in August 2014, the conceit that American policing is lethally racist has dominated the national airwaves and political discourse, from the White House on down.

I’d be doing the exact same thing if I was still making the commute from DuPage County to the city, but fortunately for me I left that rat hole over 30 years ago. That being said, sometimes when I go to target practice out here in rural NM I’ll strap on a sidearm, sling an AR across my chest, and hop on the motorcycle to ride to wherever it is that I plan to go have some fun. I might stop at the station to top off the tank, and as I drive wave to people I know (and don’t know) as we pass on the road (people still do that here), and it’s still common enough to see rancher and cowboy types packing iron, and rifles in the rear windows of pickup trucks, that nobody but new comers really pay it much mind. But I’ve often wondered if I were to try and do the same back in Chicago or DuPage county, how long would it take for a SWAT team to be deployed and if I would live through it, LOL! I agree with that as well, in fact that may be a bigger problem than the white vs black.
The liberal vs conservative problem is similar to the Muslim vs West problem - it’s a clash of fundamental values, and they can’t coexist peacefully.
The white vs black problem on the other hand is one that stems from the significant difference in the average IQ of the two groups and the fact that the people that belong to either group can be easily identifiable.
Thus in order to have a reasonably peaceful society it is best if there is a single dominant set of cultural values and a fairly homogeneous population.
Japan is such an example as were the scandinavian countries. But the scandinavians thought their lives were too boring, everyone got along all the time. So they decided to add some spice to their lives. I believe they’re starting to miss their past boring existence.

No question that’s a problem as well - in fact it’s probably the bigger problem. Most blacks are agitated by white liberals. ACORN, BLM, White Privilege, were all started by whites.
If you want a reasonably peaceful country, there has to be a dominant culture and a fairly homogeneous population.
In fact a nation-state should be looked at as a container (with a protected border) of a dominant culture with a homogeneous population. The latter is not as important if the average abilities of the various groups are roughly the same. For example I can see asians and whites living fairy peacefuly together. Whereas white and blacks or asians and blacks would have more discords because of the significant difference in the AVERAGE IQ of the groups in question.
