One thing I forgot to mention was the suspect right side is partially beneath that vehicle there’s no way for the officers to get to his right side in a position of physical advantage it would even be very difficult to get a leg into the crook of his underarm and fries or away from his body that way because the vehicle would prohibit any access to that spot.
