He was on the ground, there was at least one other shooter firing on the police from above, reported by the media as from the fourth floor of one of the buildings. One of the other shooters was captured by a SWAT team and taken into custody, according to the DPD’s information releases at the time.

Obama and the left are trying to rewrite the narrative.

People should be demanding to know where the other captured shooter is and where are the other black terrorists that were captured that night.

Early reports were police had "three people in custody who were not cooperating" and then suddenly down to the "lone wolf" who was killed via robot.
