Of course it concludes that. Did the article state they determined he was indeed the robbery suspect they were looking for? Or just a passerby who possibly fit a description?

Begs the question Ching, if this guy was a robbery suspect why did they just walk up and ask him for ID, and not conduct a felony traffic stop?

I suggest learning what the phrase “ begs the question” actually means. You misuse because you mimic all the brainless pundits, politicians, reporters, and other countless aurheadss in society who never learned what it means (hint-logical fallacy, as in the kind you committed).

Castile was not positively ID’d to be one of the robbers from the store video, he merely was deemed to possibly be one at that time. *sigh*
