Once again we broke the news before everyone else: GotNews.com proved that #PhilandoCastile was a Crips gang banger.
We also rightly pointed out that his lying, drugged up side bitch Lavish Reynolds lied about everything, including being his girlfriend, being married, and that Castile had a concealed carry permit.
Reynolds was already lying 10 seconds into the video, claiming that Castile was her boyfriend. There were no references to or photos of Castile on Reynolds Facebook page, and vice versa, even though Reynolds was a prolific Facebook user, posting dozens of photos in just the last month. Castile listed his relationship status on the site as single. Reynolds was married, although she says she is a single mom. What Reynolds should have said is side bitch.

Legally excusable shoot doesn’t mean good in the sense of desirable or even, in hindsight, necessary.
Drugged up side bitch? Really? This article is trash. People should think better than to interact with pseudo-journalistic hot takes like this.
Apologies for focusing on that one issue, but it is something that the Right needs to be very careful about. We shouldn't use the talking points of the left, and the main 'soft' talking point they have is the 'why' argument. Why does someone need a repeating rifle? Why does anyone need a magazine that holds more than ten rounds? Why does anyone need more than one firearm? Why does anyone need to own a gun without it being licensed? Why does anyone need hollow point bullets? Why does anyone need a firearm without proving their need for it?
I am a licensed firearms holder in a country where you have to show a NEED (primarily either wealth, or danger), and I can tell you America does not want to have to show a 'need' for firearms. That is what happens around the world, and it is the greatest 'soft' talking point for the gun-grabbing left.
As long as someone does not have a felony crime record, they should be able to own a firearm - even if they are merely a lowly cook.
There's a whole lot of bad journalism going on, with the appalling lack of verification with this story.
Your comment about why a cook needs a carry permit made me curious. What specific néed should someone have before getting a permit?
CCW permits are issued by the STATE! Not individual counties, cities or municipalities. All permits are of public record just the same as driver’s licenses.
It’s a very simple process to verify any one of these permits or licences.
Better than that...where is the CCW license card he is required to carry at all times?
Bet they never found one.
“He has been charged 79 times! No felonies”
HRC numbers there.
The sheriff denied that his office issued a permit but according to the article it was issued in Robbinsdale......who knows
Cop might have thought that this was a hostage situation.
Is this information verified? Only seeing it in a couple places.
Excellent recap
Yes your point is well taken. This is easily resolved. I note that the PD has not said he had a CCW. I think it fuels whatever agenda they are driving. The msm also avoids mentioning his crips affiliation.
Odd isn’t it the shooting in Bayonne rouge was of a bloods gang member
I guess these two gangs are forever linked together
Quit touting that useless article that cites ‘a source’. That source needs to be named because if it is Reynolds then it’s pointless
You don’t know and neither do I because mo one from anywhere that has the authority to check all of Mn has said anything.
In Mn are people with a long criminal history allowed to carry guns? Are they allowed to get CCW?
Give me that link because I have not seen any story talking about Hennepin county
Are felons allowed to carry in Mn? Are they allowed to get CCW?
That’s the third county it was supposedly issued in
The only person making the claim is the woman riding in the car and smoking weed.....all while a 4 yr. old is in the car
The story of a nice guy being offed doesn’t wash anymore
There is a gun in this guys lap. He is a robbery suspect. He has a long criminal history. He is a gang member
Chuck Johnson runs the site... and also got suspended on twitter for his tweets regarding this matter

OK, so what if he did have a CCW permit? What difference would that make?
It makes it very likely that Castile was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, and resembled someone the police were looking for.
Castile didn’t know he looked like a robbery suspect, and wasn’t careful in digging out his ID. The police officer didn’t know he was a CCW permit holder, and jumped to the wrong conclusion when Castile told him he had a gun.
All the rest of the “proof” is nothing more than innuendo and character assassination. Castile was not a robbery suspect — he resembled the suspect. He wasn’t a criminal with a long record — he was a terrible driver with lots of traffic offenses.
And it beggars belief to say that a guy who has worked at a public school for over a decade (after passing the background check) and has never even been arrested for a serious offense in 15 years of adulthood is a “gang member”.
Finally: as I’ve posted elsewhere, the commission of a violent crime by a CHL/CCW holder is so rare in the US that it’s statistically zero.

THANK YOU. Outstanding way to lay out the facts known (as of now), I had to post it again.
F* unbelievable the LIBERAL mental gymnastics some of those here will go through to ‘make their case’.
Think the only question I have: If he DID have a permit (shouldn’t be on his person when he’s carrying, correct?), how long before the cops can ‘release’ the evidence to show yes/no??
THEN we know whether it was ‘good shoot’ or ‘bad cop’ (and, IMO, if the cop had his weapon drawn, he should be calling for back-up and/or having him get out of the vehicle).
D@mn, I can’t wait ‘til body-cams on cops are the norm...no more of this kind of sh!t.
Not sure I buy the idea that government was directly involved (I am all in that it encourages BLM, et al., and bears substantial responsibility for not having crushed these terrorist groups already).
The set-up I would like to see investigated is the level of prior association and coordination between the main shooter in Dallas and the BLM “peaceful protesters”. Once that is unraveled, work back up the chain of communication. The SKS sniper used the protesters to attract and concentrate police so he could shoot white cops (classic insurgency tactics; learned in military?). Were the BLM protesters unwitting pawns, or accomplices? My guess is that leaders were in the know and brought stooges with them.
We can be sure that police tactics will change in response to the Dallas murders. This will make it more difficult to manage violent protest crowds, and lead to more deaths. Which is what BLM, Obama, and Hillary want.
Thanks
What you do for a living has zippo to do with a CCW license.
An arrest record would however definitely interfere with getting one.
