Professor Joh should face what these policemen faced before even giving an opinion.

No debate of the ethics of killing cops in cold blood?

Elizabeth JohNext time there is a situation like this, Elizabeth Joh should personally carry the bomb and detonate it.

A. Police have been using drones for years.
B. Police are authorized to use deadly force.
Some things are NOT in dispute LOL!
Still, it’s an interesting and worthwhile subject.

It would be unethical NOT to use a robot capable of taking out a heavily armed individual who intends to kill many more people and will not surrender. They should have had the robot slap the sumabiatch with a slab of bacon before blowing his sadass off to Hell.

What’s the dif between a police officer pulling a trigger or pushing a button to kill a perp? Maybe people have this warped sense of “fair play” and that the cop with the gun might miss, and it just isn’t fair that the bomb doesn’t. This is a non-issue, totally made up. In this case, its too bad they didn’t have a “stun” type of robot instead of a killer, it would have been valuable to get information from this jerk before we gave him the needle.

Agree. A total non-issue.

If it was a white person murdering blacks, these people would not even bat an eye about how he or she was neutralized.

The problem isn’t that the police used a robot.
The problem is that they set themselves up as judge, jury and executioner.

Yes there are. Many of them are enablers of most our nation’s problems.
