I think the answer is complicated. Michael Jackson and Sony/ATV bought the rights to the Beatles songs, but then Jackson used them as collateral for a loan from Barclay’s. Since Jackson’s death the songs have been in somewhat of a state of limbo as I understand it. Anyway, the is kind of the jist of why you cannot find the Beatles stuff on youtube.
