During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.
Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the “five or six” who did interview Clinton.
He was then asked, “did she testify or talk to them under oath?” Comey answered, “No.” But added that “it’s still a crime to lie to us.”
When asked if there was a transcript of the interview, Comey stated that there wasn’t one because the interview wasn’t recorded, but there was an analysis of Clinton’s interview.

The analysis was probably written by the Clinton people. There probably was no real interview. Just the pretense of one to fool the people.
I understand WHY Hillary asked NOT to be sworn in, and why she asked for no video nor transcript, but I fault the weaklings at the FBI for giving in to her! It was all just “window dressing!” But this travesty isn't going away any time soon, and Comey comes out dipped in $hit for the way he “handled” it. J.Edgar Hoover is spinning in his grave watching his FBI disintegrate.
No recording of a high-profile suspect in a National Security investigation? Have I been watching too many TV shows. I thought the FBI always records interviews/interrogations. Am I wrong?

If her aides were deposed under oath, what would persuade the FBI that she shouldn’t be treated like them. Didn’t Comey say today that his policy was to treat everyone the same?

Trump’s right - the system is rigged! You can bet an interview with Trump would be recorded - and released to the media.

I agree with that premise. They knew she wouldn’t be indicted, so why bother with using standard investigative procedures.
This revelation exposes the fix . With her well known propensity to lie THEY DIDN’T TRANSCRIBE WHAT SHE SAID???? Im stunned!! Then Commie never talked to the 5 or 6 interviewing agents?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is so bazaar it wouldn’t even make a credible Movie. Let me tell you that the whole thing was rigged to the hilt. One of the great jobs was when Chavettz posed this unanswered question. “If hillary is elected President, then she can just keep on doing what she was doing without regard to the threat to our national security? They asked him about “The “Foundation” and he refused to answer.
If nothing else, after listening to Comey talking to congress, it was startlingly clear that he was advocating as a defense attorney giving theories about her innocence, and not as a law enforcement professional whose duty it was to present the evidence to a grand jury.
She probably used the National Security excuse to get them to not record the interview.
It is really no supprise, the democrats have taken over most of the government jobs in most every other field so they most likely control the fbi also.
I came from a long line of democrats and know for sure they will do anything.
