Trey Gowdy, IMO, makes Comey look like idiot and a novice. It is obvious that Hillary Clinton had intent to hide her emails from the public for various reasons, including to avoid having access to them thru the Freedom of Information Act. How can any reasonable person not see this.
Secondly, why does Comey have the responsibility to decide whether to prosecute or not prosecute?
Thirdly, how can any reasonable person not see that her intent to hide the emails was dangerous to the security of our country.
And lastly, he shows clearly the double standard, whereby a corporal in the Army who is caught sending a classified photo on his cell phone is reprimanded and denied further promotions, whereby Clinton gets to proceed to the office of presidency.

Comey says Hillary broke the law, here, here and here.
But, I can’t get a conviction.
She was negligent, very careless and possibly clueless.
But I can’t bring or recommend prosecution because I know she will find a way out.
Question to Comey, “Is it the FBI’s role to determine Guilt”?
