This can go on and on for days.

Comey says Hillary broke the law, here, here and here.

But, I can’t get a conviction.

She was negligent, very careless and possibly clueless.

But I can’t bring or recommend prosecution because I know she will find a way out.

Question to Comey, “Is it the FBI’s role to determine Guilt”?

And Hillary's staffers broke the law, but no punishment or prosecution. And Comey wouldn't say "in a public setting" why he granted Pagliano immunity.

The FBI is like a private investigator or the police. They gather the data, the information and hand that to a prosecutor who decides on whether or not to convene an Grand Jury and press charges. Since when does the FBI prosecute?

This guy acts like an amateur. Somebody help us figure this out. Any attorney’s out there?

Read between the lines.
He’s telling you she broke the law.
He’s telling you that there will be no consequences and no conviction by Lynch.

Lynch never said she would prosecute. Just that she would ‘accept’.

She would kick this back to Comey and he would be suicided.
