I will be 70 this year. The failure to hold the clintons accountable for their crimes from rape to treason to bribery to perjury is one of the great failures in american justice history. I am giving up slowly but surely. Only one of my kids even pays attention to government.

Now rush is saying that what she did with her files was a violation of FOIA act as stated by a judge today in another case.

COMEY: "Our investigation looked at whether there is evidence classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on that personal system, in violation of a federal statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way, or a second statute making it a misdemeanor to knowingly remove classified information from appropriate systems or storage facilities."

YES and YES. Comey's remarks outlined both how Hillary mishandled classified info in "a grossly negligent way" and then (the most obvious) how she removed classified info "from appropriate systems and storage facilities." This is a slam dunk on both counts, there is no reasonable doubt!!! There is simply the political and bureaucratic unwillingness to draw the obvious consequences.

I am waiting for the mass resignations from the FBI lawyers.
Judge Napolitano said so.
Still waiting . . . . . . . .
