He might say that Justice has declined prosecution and offers his resignation. I do not expect good news.

If it isn't his job to decide? Yes, that's an excellent question. I would hope he's announcing his resignation, but that's a lot to hope.

FBI Director James Comey will make a statement Tuesday at 11 am eastern from headquarters in Washington D.C. He will also take questions from reporters. The statement will be on live on camera. Questions from reporters will be off-camera.

My personal guess is that Comey will just reassure us that the FBI conducts its investigations without being influenced by political pressures. He will discount the Lynch-Clinton meeting and dismiss MSM reports that the FBI has reached any final conclusions. They will go where the evidence leads them.

I suspect that Lynch forced him to have this press conference. She won't show up this time as she has on other occasions. This is all about reassuring the public that the FBI is not politicized. Wink, wink.

Maybe they are worried that Comey is leaning towards recommending indictment. So, by Hlliary campaigning with Obama, Comey might be pushed towards the “correct” conclusion.
