Well, it does appear that Slick Willie got his point across to Lynch.

If it wasn't complete stupidity it certainly wasn't political brilliance - it was probably malevolent evil on display ....

Political Brilliance?
Tell me who leaked word of the meeting, and I'll tell you whether these two buffoons have any brains.
To: Ken522
It was simply the offer and acceptance of a bribe.

Change the names of the involved to Richard Nixon and John Mitchell, or George W. Bush and John Ascroft, and the media would be having a cow.

The prosecutors are safe if they stick together. That’s why Alinskyites play divide-and-conquer so much, and why Hillary demands loyalty above all else.

I don't know any of the facts here, but when I look at every story involving the Clintons and this administration I make a very big assumption that is probably very close to the truth:
The Clintons and the Obamas are not on the same side.
Hillary Clinton is barely even a Democrat by Washington measures. She's wholly owned by the same corporate interests that were trying to push that cadre of GOPe candidates down our throats (which is why most of them will be supporting her, and maybe even endorsing her). And on a number of big foreign-policy issues her State Department ended up completely at odds with the Obama administration.
In fact, there's plenty of reason to believe that the whole Benghazi situation was just one manifestation of a shadow U.S. government -- run by corporate and foreign interests -- that was operating under the umbrella of the Clinton Foundation.
I don't know what this means for Hillary Clinton's legal troubles, except that I wouldn't make any bets on anything over the next six months.

If the career prosecutors fear the Clintons and Obama more than the people, then that needs to change or the US is going down the same toilet as Maduro and Venezuela.

Patriotism in the face of mortal enemies is an act of personal sacrifice.
Is there even one who will stand against the tyrant?

Is it possible that the meeting was not supposed to be known, and that someone “dropped a dime” on them?
Perhaps someone on the FBI staff that just couldn’t stand the corruption anymore.

approximately 66,000 emails on Clintons homebrew server with around 2,200 of those containing state secrets ... Interesting take on the state secrets issues.
I am far more concerned that our vaunted Sect of State has ONLY 2200 state secrets that went to her in a 4 - 5 year period.
