Liberal groups sought to stop Kansas, Georgia, and Alabama from verifying citizenship status of newly registered voters
A federal judge on Wednesday denied the request of a number of liberal groups who wanted to block a rule allowing states to verify the citizenship status of newly registered voters.
The lawsuit, which was brought forth by the League of Woman Voters and a number of other liberal groups, sought a preliminary injunction to prevent three states from using a rule issued in January by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). The rule allows the states to use citizenship verification instructions in the federally mandated voter registration forms.
Brian Newby, the executive director of the EAC, granted requests from Kansas, Georgia, and Alabama on Jan. 29 after they had asked to modify the instructions contained on the National Voter Mail Registration Formor Federal Formthat would make individuals registering to vote in those three states provide proof of citizenship in accordance with their respective laws and regulations.
United States District Judge Richard J. Leon denied the requests from the liberal groups for the time being, calling the preliminary injunction a thinly veiled request for the relief normally accorded in a final judgment and that the demands are dramatized all the more by the fact that the United State Department of Justice has somehow decided to consent to such remarkable relief.
The Department of Justice refused to defend the actions of EAC, which is an independent federal agency. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an Indiana-based election integrity group, stepped in to defend the states.
J. Christian Adams, the groups president, said DOJs refusal to defend the rule is another case of the Justice Departments disregard for the integrity of voter rolls under the Obama administration.
This case is yet another example of the clear hostility of the Obama Justice Department towards ensuring voter integrity, said Adams. Non-citizens have participated in American elections and verifying citizenship is the first step to stopping aliens from influencing who is in power.
The League of Woman Voters did not immediately return a request for comment on the decision.
Many of the lawyers involved in the initial lawsuit have contributed to Hillary Clinton, including Michael Keats, a lawyer from the New York-based Stroock Stroock and Lavan LLP. Keats has contributed $2,000 to Clintons campaign this election cycle. At least two others involved with the lawsuit are also Clinton donors.
This is the second blow to litigation efforts brought forth by liberal interests in recent months.
A separate lawsuit filed on behalf of the Democratic Party of Virginia seeking to end the states voter identification law was dismissed in May.
This lawsuit was funded by liberal billionaire George Soros and was brought forth by Marc Elias, Clintons top campaign lawyer who is a partner at the D.C.-based law firm Perkins Coie.
Elias brought the suit forward in his capacity of an attorney at Perkins Coie and separate of the campaign. However, Clintons campaign supported the effort.

Imam Mahdy Bray, Speaking at a Muslim American Society and Islamic Circle of North America convention in Dearborn, highlighted the effective effort to turn out Muslim voters in Virginia.
The effort was so organized that Muslim taxi drivers in northern Virginia took the day off to ferry Muslims to the polls, said Imam Mahdy Bray, a speaker at the convention. Volunteers also made phone calls to Muslims in Virginia to urge them to vote, he said.
As a result, Democrat James Webb ousted incumbent Republican George Allen by about 9,000 votes in a race in which 50,000 Muslims went to the polls -- 47,000 of them voting for Webb, Bray said.
If 96 percent of Muslims are going to vote Democratic, that would make them a more reliable Democratic constituency than African Americans. Democrats consistently receive about 80 percent of African American votes.

My wife is a manager at a company which employs people from world relief for general labor. She had to review their training files. Every single one had the same birthday. All 70 of them. They are not being documented from source country or vetted. To make matters worse our own government is fraudulently assisting them.
The authors should perhaps not choose to refrain from not avoiding unreadable headlines.
And yes they are all Muslims from North African countries. Mostly Somalia and the Sudan.

Their next step is to appeal all the way to the supremes and guess how that will turn out!

Their jobs are sponsored by government programs! Her task was to review training records to prove to the government that they are being trained. The government pays a large percentage of their wages! The enemy is the government.
They gave them all birthdays of January 1st. The government arranged all of this. Who do you file a fraud complaint with? The same government that provided them with fraudulent documentation?
Also note that both the 14th Amendment and Minor indicate that constitutionally enumerated voting rights protect only citizens, not non-citizens.
14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The bottom line is that the states have never amended the Constitution to prohibit themselves from prohibiting people who cannot prove citizenship from registering to vote.
Patriots also need to consider that the corrupt Washington cartel probably wouldnt be trying to manipulate the outcome of federal elections with mandatory federal elections forms if state lawmakers hadnt ratified the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, state lawmakers foolishly giving up their voices in Congress by ratifying that amendment.
How can a judge be against ID verification? It just boggles my mind how blatantly my country is being destroyed from within. These judges should be out of a job, they are not protecting citizens or country.
