Hillary Clinton has been interviewed Saturday by the FBI about her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.
Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill says in a statement the voluntary interview with federal agents took place Saturday.

“..inane statement ...”
Ouch.
I meant that PBS is the first to signal which type of spin that we can expect from all of the main streams.
I did not not say PBS has any pull over an FBI investigation and interpreting my post that way seems a stretch.
Because PBS and the main stream propaganda media were able to spin this so positively for Hillary so quickly, it is not inane or unreasonable to assume that she is going to continue to be supported as the Dem nominee which translates into NO indictment.
The FBI doesn't spend months and months of precious resources to conclude something like that. If that was the case, the FBI would have wrapped up this case long ago and moved on to other things.
It's not just Drudge headlining this event. This will have legs and won't be "old news" come Tuesday morning. You can take that to the bank.
And originally at her home to take away the reality of being called into FBI headquarters.
This was a required by law meeting, not a voluntary, I’m home for the weekend I think I’ll go spend 3 hours at the FBI headquarters so they can verify that I am a Crook
Another stupid comment by the negative nellie peanut gallery. I bet you a $100 donation to Free Republic that this does not happen. But I'm not holding my breath to see you take that bet.
Lying. To the Dems, it's a sport.
More nonsense from the Debbie Downer crowd who have polluted the Free Republic. Even if your ludicrous premise was true and it was decided that the FBI would leak their questions to Crooked Hillary to help her prepare, do you seriously think that Attorney General would personally deliver those questions to her husband-in-name-only (HINO) ex-president?
Of course not. That's preposterous. Those questions would get to her by way of low-level people with near zero risk that anybody would be tipped off.
I am in the investigative field. You usually interview the target of your investigation at the end. This way, you have a ton of information, and the target doesn’t know what you have. This creates the peril of perjury. If not for being in the middle of a campaign, I doubt Hillary would have done this interview. Too much legal risk. As the old saying goes, the coverup and lies get you more than the charges they are investigating.
Most here think nothing will come of this. I tend to think otherwise. They have too many people and have spent a lot of time on this. They gave her IT guy immunity. They would not have done that without a proffer of what his testimony would be. The IG report was pretty damaging, and they have less investigative resources than the FBI.
I also think the meeting with Bill and Lynch will put even more pressure on the DOJ to file charges.
My estimate is the FBI pretty much has their mind made up. Today was to give Clinton the professional courtesy of giving her side of the story. They would not be doing this interview unless they already had the goods on her. Because they know she will not admit to anything. I suspect the week of July 11th we will know something one way or the other.
I was being a bit sarcastic, but I will make a $100 bet (donation to FR) that she is NOT indicted.
Sally Yates is one of them.....Can’t remember the man’s name...it’s on FR though.
Very interesting positive take on the events. We shall see.
I just wish to have been a fly on the wall. The lying that this woman always resorts to would be a masterpiece of theater. We will never know the truth of what happened today, only the outcome later.
Was this the “perp walk”, or is that still to come?
Then Joe DiGenova better apologize....yeah.....I trust what he says.
The FBI has spent months investigating this. They are not street cops with donuts in their mouths. They investigate serious crimes. If they concluded that there was nothing here, they would have folded their investigation months ago. They probably did not even need to interview Crooked Hillary but did it as a professional courtesy and also to see if she was dumb enough to perjure herself.
My opinion is that she mostly pleaded the 5th.
I firmly believe that the FBI will recommend indictment. This is soon to be put into the hands of the Justice Department. The "Snakes on Plane" incident between the AG and Bill Clinton isn't going to help.
Jon Carlin and Sally Yates!! Breitbart has the interview with Joe DiGenova.
Why didn’t Hillary just tell the FBI to e-mail her the questions and she could e-mail them the answers. ;-)
Did you read up on the names you dropped ? Do you know who they are ? Hint: They are not FBI agents. They do not work for Director Comey. They work for Loretta Lynch (and Obama), who just made herself (and them) toxic to the investigation. Credible justice rests on Comey's, and his FBI agents', shoulders now.
Naive is not becoming.
Yes because they already have plenty of information to indict her even if NONE of her staff testified. You see... they have all the emails.... ALL OF THEM... why? Because Platte River sub contracted out to a company that...... Uploaded all the back ups to a cloud server. Platte River didnt know they did this... FBI walked into that company and said... we will take all those back ups thank you. Just with that evidence there is plenty to put her away for decades. When they present the evidence to a grand jury ( If they havent already) they will say... this is what we found, this is where they found it, when we asked her staff they all could not remember or plead the 5th. BOOM ....Indictment. They dont need any of their testimony to indict.
You could’ve added woulda, coulda, shoulda...
