If U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has his way the United Nations will be able to say if Americans are allowed to have their Second Amendment rights. He signed an anti-gun treaty with the United Nations that the U.S. Senate has already said it is against.
The treaty Kerry signed without authorization from the Senate would create an un-Constitutional registry of all US gun buyers and would lead to the UN controlling American's gun rights.
Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday signed a controversial U.N. treaty on arms regulation, riling U.S. lawmakers who vow the Senate will not ratify the agreement.
As he signed the document, Kerry called the treaty a "significant step" in addressing illegal gun sales, while claiming it would also protect gun rights.
"This is about keeping weapons out of the hands of terrorists and rogue actors. This is about reducing the risk of international transfers of conventional arms that will be used to carry out the world's worst crimes. This is about keeping Americans safe and keeping America strong," he said. "This treaty will not diminish anyone's freedom. In fact, the treaty recognizes the freedom of both individuals and states to obtain, possess, and use arms for legitimate purposes." when guns are outlawed2 U.S. lawmakers, though, have long claimed the treaty could lead to new gun control measures. They note the U.S. Senate has final say on whether to approve the agreement.
Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., in a letter to President Obama, urged his administration not to take any action to implement the treaty without the consent of the Senate.
He claimed the treaty raises “fundamental issues” concerning "individual rights protected by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution."
The National Rifle Association blasted the plan, claiming it would impose an "invasive registration scheme" by requiring importing countries to give exporting countries information on "end users."
"The Obama administration is once again demonstrating its contempt for our fundamental, individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms," Chris Cox, executive director of the NRA's Institute for Legislative Action, said in a statement. "These are blatant attacks on the constitutional rights and liberties of every law-abiding American. The NRA will continue to fight this assault on our fundamental freedom."

He then used some obscure rule that said if you’ve been “wounded more than three times” you can request to return to the states. And he did exactly that. Kerry’s PHs were awarded for scratches, he never lost any time from duty. He was commanding a Swift Boat. Kerry abandoned his men in a time of war, come back to the states, did a year of desk duty, got out and become a Code Pink war protester. Will never forget that horse-faced looking creep lying to Congress saying he had witnessed war crimes as bad as “Genghis Khan” and had also participated in war crimes. He also claims he was in Cambodia, which was also lie. Kerry is a life-life POS, who should have been prosecuted for treason against the United States. He was never held responsible for lying about witnessing war crimes and or held accountable for committing war crimes. It was all a lie and the democrats in Congress would not prosecute Richy Rich. He’s the female version of Jane Fonda. I get nauseated every time I see him.
How many times does it need to be said that nothing usurps our Constitutional rights. Nothing. Dipshit Kerry can sign anything he wants, but the Constitution reigns no less than equal to any treaty, and (should) controls in this country.

I’ll just add to your rundown that he also met with the Vietnamese delegations in Paris in 1970 in violation of US law and I believe he was still in the US Naval Reserve.

What kind of cowardly bs comment is this? He should be telling Obama that he and Kerry can sign whatever the hell they want with the UN but it isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, because it doesn’t mean squat because NOTHING overrides the US Constitution!
So when is Congress going to submit a request to Obama to remove Kerry from office? Or was it done with Obama’s concurrence? If so, then they need to request that Obama resign immediately, along with Kerry.
